I gotta say, its a nice idea in terms of making good training missions. I mean, its impossible to make a really good training mission at the moment, as its like, your killing guys
We could have it so that units are forced to sit down when dammaged, and setcaptive=true. And if a unit is killed, give them health back. And disable player imput for the player.
If anyone can get me pics of the MILES gear, i will make it, unencypted, then u can put it onto units as you like, dont have wounded textures (so there is no blood), and save the units as, for example MILES_soldier.pbo. Then ingame, youd have, say, a soldier equiped with miles stuff, i could make the dammage sound a beep instead of a cry of pain, ect, so that when u shoot it, no blood appears, but the unit "beeps" when hit, then the scripts force it to sit down when dammaged beyond a certain point.
