Is the weapon on back or in hand?

Is it possible to check whether a units weapon is in hand?

I know you can check whether a unit has a certian weapon but thats not what I'm after.

I need to make it so if civilians see a soldiers weapon in hand they panic.

no way  :-\ but if u wanna check on AIs just check deir behaviour - dey wil never try 2 get deir weapons on back wen not on safe/careless
