Cant get Face Mods too work

Im new too OFP , and I tried putting in a face mod in my user directory like it says , but when i goto play it and choose the new face its not showing up. Also people talk about putting things in a Addon folder. I dont have one.......do u make that yourself? which directory do u put it in??

do you have 1.0? Upgrade to 1.3 at least and c if you get an addon folder.
