curious about the barb wire fences

can they be destroyed because in my experience they havent been
i was thinking that because you could maybe if possible make some and then have a beach landing mission requiring you to breach the fences with explosives in order to get past them
which leaves room to make the bangalore torpedo thingy or the new one
