computere restarts in lan game !!!

My friend gots a big problem when we play ofp in lan games his computer suddenly restarts after around 20-30 minutes!
We checked if there's a power save mode and disabled it but it still keeps  restyarting the computer...

the computer is better than mine it has a 2.0 gigahertz processor and a geforce 2 or 3 mx card and its a packard bell...it has windows xp home edition..

Any help to my friend would be apriaciated..

I think I have a similar problem and my guess is, itÂ's not multiplayer related.

It does not happen regularly, but it seems to come up whenever I am in a chopper or close to a heavy automatic weapon like shilka, vulcan, M2 or the Autocannon of the Apache.
If your buddy can confirm this, try a new soundcard driver.
BTW: My soundcard: Creative (Duh) live player 5.1

I'm afraid we don't do tech support here at OFPEC...

It sounds like it may not even be OFP related. Anyway, you could always try the Official Forums and see if they can help you out there
