I have found that Operation Flashpoint CZ is a really good website to get addons from.  They also have a handy "search" feature so you're not hunting for that one addon you can't find anywhere else.  Here is the URL.

OFPEC is very cool, but there are some info's and stuff you cant get here,
All OFP sites complete each others, one hasnt a thing, the other has it.
