What's the best camera tutorial

Hi all

I'm just getting the the stage where I want to start putting
cut scenes into my missions. I have started looking for camera scripting tutorials, and as a complete noob to the subject, I looked at a few and got a headache. It's complete gibberish. All I'm after is something to get my head round, and the less complecated the better.
