Disabling HINT "Clink" sound

Any idea how to disable the "Clink" sound that is activated when the hint box prints a message

Hello, as far as I can tell, it's only possible to turn that annoying sound if you turn down the music volume on OPTIONS/SOUNDS.

To create hints in your own missions, type :


hint "bla-blah"

in the On Activ. field of triggers/WP's but to leave out the *ding* or *HINT* would take a
quick moment of :

0 fadeSound 0.0

which sucks big, as the entire game will be runnung without sound until U put:

0 fadeSound 1.0

in another trigger/wp/scroll etc.  ::) :)

So there is no switch to turn it off, eg Hint/off etc

Well thats a well thought out idea aint it
In mplayer a lot of time countdown scripts report the time in the hintbox
Untill recently i had my radio and music volume set to 0
I created a map with a 60 second countdown trigger in the hintbox, and then started getting reports of an annoying "Clink"
I didnt even realise the hint box "Clinked" until then
