P3d texture swap

I am just getting into basic texturing and I downloaded the p3d swap utility, but sadly it doesnt work in windows Xp. I can not use a hex editor, and I need some help!

It is displaying a message "Failed to load control 'CommonDialog' from COMDLG32.OCX. Your version of COMDLG32.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application."

As I have said I am using XP and have tried all the compatability modes , but it still doesnt work >:(
