Decoding doesn't work!!! (*.wws to *.wav)

Dammit man!!!
Why doesn't this shitty decoding-program ("wwsdec.exe") work?
Sometimes it works perfectly, but now I'm having the problem that when I decode a *.wws -sound nothing happens with the *.wav -sound... Shows "zero" byter in "properties"....
What the hell is wrong???

Is there another program that could decode and code a *.wws -sound??? If so plz tell me where I can find it!!!
