No0o0b to Editing...

Just got the game.. and love it.. and just started to make a mission and have a few questions..

1.  I made in "Intro". When I preview it, it works.. and when I export to Single Player it works, but when I export to multiplayer it does not work??!?!  What am I doing wrong?

2. Can you make Units fire randomly? just any nothing?

1. Intros don't work in multiplayer. Simple as that. You can make a cutscene with cam commands right in the 'mission' part and that'll solve that.

2. Some say you can I say you can't  :D I have never succeeded to make a unit to fire at nothing that's not a solid object.. but there are ways to fool the players to think otherwise.

Ok next question...

I am trying to get a guy to start in a vechicle..

I named the vechicle "car" and used this command

this assignascargo car

but it does not seem to work...  any suggestions?

What vehical is it?

Is your guy is west, and the car is west, then place the car down, then the guy next to it and make sure it has a blue line inbetween.
Then click on the guy and on the right hand side where it says special, click in cargo.

Soz, it just says noob to editing, soz if that's too gay.

to make a guy start right away without moving him in the car you can use unitname moveincargo vehiclename  in the init.sqs or init field.
