oh, i got it. I made a directory wav2lip where i put in the wav2lip.exe and the wav file, and made it 44 kHz, 16 bit mono. Now it works.

I spent hours trying to get wave2lip to work (i kidd you not hours  :-\ ) but then during one of the many hours i suddenly thought ahhhhhhh lets try it in loads of differnt places (as you do  ;) then the heavens opened and a big bright light from the sky lit up C:/TEMP!

I just put it in my temp folder and it works with loads of wave formats. Maybe it was just Xp or sumthing.

If you ever use wav2lip and have problems put it in your temp folder, i grew enough gray hairs for all of us! ::)

Anyway have a nice day Guys  :D

LOL no i didnt have any problem using the prog.
But i read the tutorial on how to us it and it sais that it wont work if you place the program on your desktop.
So you are going to have to create a  folder where to put the prog.
To make a file convert you must drag and drop it on the program icon and it will make a new .lip file named just like the original.

 ;D ;D ;D 8) :P ::) :D ;) :)
