Side Chat! AHHHHH

I have just finished a mission and i am now getting all of the replies from the beta testing hence all the questions  

The thing is when i made my mission, another group from the mission which you work with talks to you alot over the radio. When i got them to do a bit of sidechat it said Delta Black One! So there goes silly old me and records all the sound etc etc using this DB1.  

Now when i play the mission again i suddenly see that delta black one has suddenly changed to Charlie black one. Now what i want is Charlie black one to turn back into Delta Black One! How does flashpoint decide who is who?
