i need help on how to put soldiers put their hands on thier heads.  can you please help and tell me.

its a switchmove or playmove command, in the editing dept

I am nearly 100% sure you need to activate this with a trigger, not the soldiers init field. Also make sure his behaviour is set to safe.

It would probably be a good idea for careless instead of safe so that if they see an enemy they dont go for their gun.
I have had it a few times on safe and he saw the enemy and pulled an AK on them and shot them all. Also putting  this setcaptive true in his init or in a trigger so no one shoots him.
