I've looked all over the place and have been unable to find out if it is possible to create a weapon that sticks to the player model in the same way as the NVGoggles. What I would like to do is making a backpack that any unit can pick up and carry in their item slot. Once the unit picks up the backpack I would like the pack to be displayed on the back of the player model.
Now, to my knowledge only the NVGoggles seem to "stick" to the player model once they are turned on. Is it possible to A) set something in the CPP to stick the item to the player, and B) if A is possible can you set the weapon (item) to automatically go into this mode without needing to press a button (like you press N for nightvision)?
