"Built-in" Action(s) at Varta/Nogovo?

I finally got Resistance and have discovered the motorcyclist at Varta. Is there something you can do with this motorcyclist? Is there a purpose to this?

Also, what about the bus stops. Is it possible to have a bus service like there is/was in the campaign?

  Not sure what you mean about the motorcyclist..

but as far as the bus service goes....
 You can do it... with waypoints and such or through scripting...  just pretty much gives you a new vehicle is all...

The motorcyclist is at Varta, on Nogovo. If you look at the city/town, there is a blue line. During the game, the blue line is a motorcycle with a civilian/non-military person on it. You can click the 'ride in back of motorcycle' action, which doesnt make the thing move.
