Heya well, the Subject says it all.. i guess?

more specific: I have a guy that gets transported in a vehicle to another place on map, he gets out of the vehicle then couple of metres away his Squad is waiting for him....now, i want him to join as leader when he approaches the squad...(like in snYpirs superb mission Operation Axe-Point)

This is basic, just consider the joining happening from the squads angle. They Join him, it's the same thing, they will get led by him, unless the squad has the waypoints u wan't to use. Or does that matter.. u see..  ;D just g'damnit put this somewhere:

Give the Squad a Join WP and the Leader a Join and Lead WP, then sync the Join WP with the Join and Lead WP.
