Yes, I know what it means.

It is natures way of letting you know that your map is broken.

Actually it means that one or more of your models have been placed out of bounds.

I might be able to fix it, if you want me to try, send it, my address is:

I will need to use a hex editor on it.

It is usually just a few bytes that is incorrect.
Depends how many objects are out of bounds
Finding the byte is the problem though.

No, no tutorials, but there is a document by zwadar that may  help you to understand the file format for .wrp files.

It is called 'Documentation for Wrp Files', and is by zwadar.

You can find it here:

http://www.ofpec.com/editors/browse.php?browsewhat=0&category=0_5

It is an old document, it pre-dates WrpEdit but is still very useful.

There is also a document by OFPInternals called
Wrp file format description available here:

http://www.res-command.com/internalediting/modules.php?op=modload&name=Sections&file=index&req=listarticles&secid=3

Possible idea how it happens. I was haveing a great old time
placing down a road way , then once and awhile i would mistype  location like 6340..21  instead of 6340.21, I would get a error message, but i could continue . everything was fine, made my PBO  loaded in OFP and tested the island. every thing went well.

However if i try to reopen that wrp file. I get the same error you are getting .

Bummer too, because i was almost finished with the roadways
40 plus hrs placing down sections  :'(

Hopefully this rabeling will help as a clue to find the problem to fix your file.

For others just starting with wrpedit, save multiple wrp files, so if this happens, you dont have to start from Scratch.also if you do get a error when placeing a object because of a mistype. exit wrpedit, and startup one of your last saves.

PS  is there a place we can post our islands for others to test or enjoy ?
