you mean a guy is droped out of a plane then lands in a boat? or do you mean the guy is paradropped in a boat and lands in water? if you mean the first, im pretty shure if u could drop the guy, then set up a script that checks if the guy is close enough and low ennough to the boat automatically gets into it. if you mean the second, just searc around for a paradropped vehicle script, plus you could use the "man getindriver boat" to put him into it.
