Does anyone know where i can get the standard artic soldiers for east and west? I use to have them, but since reinstalling opf I can't find them anywhere.

No point have an artic island with no artic troops ??? ???

Well, I don't know too much about add-ons, but at least with this island: http://ofp.gamezone.cz/index.php?showthis=islands/1035486112.news

comes some artic units, and even cars and armored vehicles.
