Clear NVG's

Is there any way that you could make a script that makes NVG's as clear as they are in cutscenes? I know you can turn up your gamma correction to make it clear but I haven't been able to make it as clear as the cutscenes.  If anyone has any ideas or know of a script please respond. Thanks.
