Newbie to addons. Pistols?

Have OFP Gold with 1.3 update. Any pistol mods or addons out there that will work? Have done a search, but cant understand if my version will work with pistols, nor where to get addons that will.

Specifically after Walther P99, HK Pistols, Glock and Barretta M9. Thank you.

No mate, you need the Resistance Pack to have the handguns working, the earlier versions don't have neither the hand guns proxyes nor the the hand guns animations.
But you should get Resistance, it's a great addition to the game, not just anoother pack

Is Resistance downloaded, or is it a retail pack?

that worked in earlier versions?

Well if he done it, how did he imported the proper animation to use the pistol
