VERY BASIC --- Radio For backup
« on: 30 Nov 2002, 10:21:18 »
i neeed help

so far i've got :
------------------------
1) a trigger with radio Alpha - -> [ap] exec "help.sqs" <- in activation field
-------------------------
2) a unit named base
--------------------
3) a unit named aP
---------------------
4) a help.sqs file containing.>

aP sidechat "ALPHA TO BASE. We are under Heavy Fire. WE NEED BACKUP";
base sidechat "BASE TO ALPHA. Co-ordinates locked. We are on our way.";

-----------------------------------------------------
so far that works -
how would i put a delay between the 2 sidechat's so they dont go off right after each other?
------------------------------------------------------
and how would i make a script that sends a UH60 to the aP after they have radioed?
-----------------------------------------------------

i think you dont need a script for this one  :P
Just use waypoints with  a hold & Call action ...

Im using this in my very 1st mission, works great, is there anyway i can "stick" this to a waypoint so calling for backup wont be available until a spesific waypoint is reached?
