Hi, iam kinda new to adding addons and stuff, and I download a bunch of cool vehicle addons and I don't know how to get them to work? So can someone help me! ???

Generally you just need to unzip them to your Addons directory and they'll be there for use. Try that... If not, unzip them to a temp location, and read the readme...
