Why wont the pic work

This pick dosent work on the overveiw and get it to work can someone make it work here the pick

Pictures have to have dimensions that are power of 2. Like 256, 512, etc.

THe dimensions(the length and the height) both have to be powers of two.  Powers of two include 2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512,1024.  Your picture is like 544 by 327.  So you need to resize your image.  You could either cut some of the non-vital parts of the picture or crunch it up if you don't want to leave any of it out.
