Skip time, anyone?

Whats up with the skiptime command, it doesnt skip time at all
all I get is a change in time on my watch, but the sun is still in the same place 5 hours later, its still night time at 8 am, what the hell?

someone plz help me here, I got a cool idea for a Sleep addaction, where ya get to skip time  :D

skipTime duration
Operand types:
    duration: Number
Type of returned value:
    None

Description:
    Skip time. Daytime is adjusted, weather change is estimated, no changes in any units are done. Duration is in hours.

Example:
    skipTime 2.5

but the comref has been known to talk crap.  >:( :-\

indeed, I have both the comref and the ofpref by u fellas, and they both say it changes the "look" of the sky.
