OK, Ive been searching for some days now, and the closest I came was mention of a tutorial at ofpeditingcentre.com, which I then found out closed in August.
How do I edit/what program do I need to change a skin (For example the russian officer). I need to make two police officer textures with a specific sleeve patch, one model wearing a bullet resistant vest, the other without.
Again, let me appologise for the lameness of the question, however I cant find any advice on the topic at all. Any help would be most appreciated.
