My OFP stuff
FMF Project by Aldo15. Coming soon.
If in the high school or university, Teachers add a new subject about how to make scripts, missions, for ofp. I'd be number one of my classroom

I just downloaded it (didn't even know what this was).

The readme says that you have to copy the head model (FINAL_RC.p3d) in the addon to your own custom soldier models in order to make the scripts work. I think.

I don't want to make addons. I'm making a new mission with the HYK Units, these units need the facetex2 to work. I want to change them  their faces.  ;)

The readme file told me to put (_this select 0) exec "\facestex2\SCRIPT_OF_YOUR_CHOICE_HERE.sqs" into a unit's init field. If that's not working - I've got no idea

Well, I've got a demo mission of this addon. Now I know how to add faces to the units, but I need the names of faces.
For instance,  Troska's face it's named "HYK_BIS53D".

I un-pbo'd the face addon and the names in the config are something like 'llm_sol3' and so on. You can also see them in ofp's profile editor - they use the same names as in the configs.

Question I have is with "Fset" with Llama heads .... ???

It's an animation - but also its use in o2 is also confusing ....  ???

Is the "Fset" also to be added as a section to the model?
If so - do you add it to Memory LOD, or something like that?
Where?

I hope that these aren't stupid questions !  ;)

Two separate points named Fset1 and Fset2 should be included in the Memory LOD.

In the config, they are used in the definition of an animation named Fset. This animation is used as a 'toggle' - scripts can check the condition of the animation and then decide whether to re-apply the face texture to the unit.

Ok - and they are named "Fset1" and "fset2." Got ya!  :good:

Is there any location on the model?

Thanks for your reply!   :D

Pretty much anywhere. I suppose for reasons of keeping them apart from the body, the convention has been to have them between the knees.
