Does anyone know if theres a way to guarantee a certain unit would have the traits of OBL? Ie beard camo jacket etc???

You'll have to find a face that looks like OBL and use the setFace command. See here for more setFace info.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if anyone has documented the Operation Arrowhead faces yet.
