Run this thing : http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/ on it and see what it says. A quick check on the 'net suggests the x3100 is far too underpowered however - can't even run HL2 at decent speeds. Also, you could just download the demo and see if you can get it to run (assuming slight increases in FPS due to updates) - but don't get your hopes up :(

GPU requirements are much more than just video memory requirements, like in this case ArmA uses Pixel Shader 2.0 (I believe this translates into Shader Model 2) and your videocard seems to have no shader memory at all, which I think means you can't even the start the game.
