Ok, I have this mission were I want an enemy on top of a hanger, so I did the get pos thing and he keeps on shaking when he's up there! He won't stop! Help please.

I don't think the hanger was designed to be stood on. Either that or your setpos'ing him into the hangar. Try putting it up a meter or two.

I did. Then he just drops down on the hanger, then starts shaking again! If I go on top of the hanger I don't shake...... :-\

Depending on why you want him up there (is it for a cutscene?) then you can use SETPOS in a loop with a delay of ~0.1.
That will pretty much LOCK him where he is. Use Setdir for his direction to be facing.. Only problem with this is it is purely aesthetic and I doubt he will be able to shoot at you efficiently.

Either that or you could simply REMODEL the hanger with a place for him to stand... But thats getting a lil trickier

Make your own hangar with the roof surface defined as part of the Roadway LOD.

The reason your chap shakes is he's standing on Geometry, not Roadway.

On a more realistically thought out question - what the hell is a guy doing on the roof of a hangar? Either he's drunk or suicide was the last thing on his daily agenda. ;D
