Ambient civilians module not working in OA?

The Ambient civilians module used to work fine for me with Arma2, but it doesn't seem to function on the Operation Arrowhead maps.
I see there is also now an "Ambient civilians (expanded)" module, any idea what that is for?

I think that is the module you should use.

it's not expanded, it's extension. and yes this is for oa. i used it in my oa mission and it worked fine. it worked too good, so finally i remove it from my mission.
