predefine color groups of a squad?

Can you predefine the mini-groups within your squad with some sort of command? I would like to have elements of a squad to already be assigned to a certain colour, without the need of the player to do that. Furthermore it would help in organising the team (i.e. machinegunner + ammo bearer = team red)

arrgh...hmm, I very much doubt that, I'm afraid  :-\ Perhaps, but I've never encountered such a command...hm.  
Maybe give the player a suggestion on how to organise his squads in the briefing? In any case, what if the Player decides he wants the machingunners right beside him instead of out by the peripher, and moves the machineguns around between the soldiers in the briefing screen? Besides, you would limit his creativity
