subclassing in description.ext

Hi,

Is it possible to modify/change a config value in description.ext of a mission instead of using a cpp in an addon?

For example, can we change an unit audible property by modifying its class or subclassing it in description.ext?

AFAIK, no. It'd be pretty cool if it were possible though! But no, you need an addon to do addon stuff. If it's an important change for your mission, you could probably create a very tiny config addon that added a new class of units or somesuch with your desired changes, and then you'd bundle that with your mission :)
