trying to put Names above your head

Im looking for a script or a way to put names above the heads of players
i have seen a mission with this in it

does anyone know how to or of a script that may do this

I scripted something like name tags ... isn't perfect however and everything else than final

what would be realy good is if you could make names out of partical effects

I'm sure it's possible if your committed to doing the math to figure the initial placement of each particle and the adjustment of timing it right. But Dialogues are much easier for something like this i would think, unless you want to form a name and then have it dissipate like falling fireworks.
