Profile reset?

Something very weird just happened to me...  I was in a middle of a mission creation and then after I tab-out to look up a code, all my scripts, description.ext, init files, everything vanished, and not just my current mission i was working, but in all of them including ArmA I (I was currently using ArmA II).  Then I noticed that my settings were resetted aswell...

I think I have a ghost...

Do you have a Windows roaming profile or is it local to the computer?
Vista or XP
Do you still have "(My) Documents\ArmA2" or "\ArmA2 Other Profiles"?
