Custom Resource

[Red Storm]

I want to place an image file like a "title text" in a mission, like the BIS logo, you get the point

But I don't know how to do this, what do I do to make OFP choose my custom made resource...and what file-format and size should I make my resource ?  :-\

Please don't tell me to search the forum for 'resource' or something like that because I already did
