Player Nickname

Hi all!
Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to use a player's name when making an MP mission? For example, I will play this mission with my friends and I know for sure that there will be players with certain nicknames. So I need to use certain commands for a particular person (for example, to add ammo dynamically, etc). I did not specify names for units in the editor. Thanks in advance!
