Comref for use off-line.

Is there a version of the comref that can be downloaded so that it can be used on a machine without being logged on to internet/OFPEC? Sometimes I want to work with scripting stuff but do not have internet access. I have the old BIS comref, but it does not work right with Explorer 7. Plus it does not explain many commands as well as the OFPEC comref does.

I has to be said though, that those versions of the comref are a little out of date by now.
Many additions and corrections have since been made.

Plank, no problem. It still has got to be way better than the old BIS version which has not been updated since 2001.

I may update it myself and resubmit it when it is up to par with the online version.
