Look what I have found using WRPEdit:

Looks like BIS was planing to add AP mine to OFP. And there is also a model of this mine.

I think this is in O.pbo. The model itself was in the game on you can put it using Gunslinger's (not Kegetys's) editor addon. It called Super HE mine or something like that. Oh and there is no way to make infatry to blow on the mines exept to make it blowable on AT mines  :'( There is a line in config.cpp which allows units to blow on the mine.
