Civies shoting each other

Im having very strange problem w/ da civie AI in ArmA....

heres my situation

1 grp of civies (I edited da mision.sqm 2 have all of em on da east side)
resistance is friendly 2 west....

now everytime da civies start shooting each other....  :blink: its so wierd... ny1 knows a way 2 bypass dat ?

Are you also using the "setFriend" command?  Maybe you have setFriend civilians to be friendly with the West.  And since you edited the civilians to be on the East side, they start shooting the other civilians because their base class is civilian, and friendly to the West.

I only say this because when I first experimented with setFriend and set civilians friendly with the East, the RACs started shooting at empty civilian vehicles...

By the way, I am still without an Arma capable computer, so haven't been able to try your new mission yet... >:(

actualy i figured it out... i now edited deir group class side also 2 b east :D so dey stopperd shoting each other.... now ill need 2 figure out other civie based bugs  ::) but everything else is fine ;) :D

@ comp thingy... dont wry... im gonna finaly reach beta in 2 weeks (hopefully... it may take much longer  :blink:)
