Animation effects?

I was kind of curious... I haven't found documentation on this anywhere. I used to have a document that listed out all the playmove and switchmove commands... I was wondering if anybody knew where one was or could post one? Thanks a lot! Oh and by the way sorry if this was already posted... I looked and couldnt find any.
