How can i make it where when the to people get done talking, to show the next waypoint, i dont want the WP to show as they talk.

If you don't want to show the next waypoint till the stop talking, do this:

put in the condition field of the last waypoint before the one you don't want to show until the are done "first" (or another word it deson't matter)

Now when they stop talking (I assume you make them talk via script) put first=true. So the next waypoint will be shown.
