Select This, what do you think of the Huey wav clip I've sent you?. Will you use it will in future releases of your Huey's? or are you using the other wav clip of an Huey sound?.

Ollie,

Still undecided what sounds to use for the Hueys, basically collecting various sounds and will test them fully once I get a chance. I may run a poll with the best clips to see what people think.

The hueys for the nam pack are basically finished (model wise) we have a UH1D, UH1C ARA and a UH1C Gunship. But thanks for your offer.


Due to a harddrive failure on one of our main designers, we've lost a bit of stuff so there might be some further delay for the release of Nam Pack 2. So still no definite date.

could you even include a gunner with rolled-up sleves, as i believe this was common during the vietnam era.

possibly use a model similar to the aircav machine gunner in the last pack.

(will post a pic when i get home) ;)

im not certain but i think you can only have one soldier type as crew, so defining seperate ones for the gunner and pilot cant be done

It's a simple task in the mission editor to use an "empty" huey and crew it up with whatever you like via the moveIn(position) command. :)

What would be nice to see would be a co-pilot (commander position maybe?).  Don't know, haven't messed with coding planes or helicopter much.
