working hospital

 I was wanting to make the hospital.p3d object one that you can actually heal at.What I've done is put a mash.p3d with lowered elevation on both sides of the hospital,lowering the elevation so it will not show.Would there be a smarter way of doing this like adding to my island.cpp,am not interested in making a addon.
