One thing, dont extend the buttstock... because it will then "Go into" the arm, which looks awful.

it dosnt look right with it collapsed its a sniper rifle its spose to be uncolapsed to get a proper shot you cant look down the scope proply with a collapsed stock on 1 of these

Which looks most realistic?

This? Or one when the buttstock doesnt go into the arm?

okay I am gonad shortend it a littel so it will problery just hit the arm. which wil be more realistic cause you would allways press the gun at your arm or els you have dificulties controling it but you are going to wait for 1,0 I have too finde som metal colour texture fore the scope nobs.

What's with the flash hider? Doesn't look like the standard bird cage flash hider.

If the is the SPR you are refuring too it dosent have a standard m16a2 flash heider if it is the SOPMOD it is because of the texture.
Now the SPR is almost done if just have some .CPP things that son will be fixt.
I am curently working on some coverplate texture fore the SOPMOD.
I am also making M4A1 and a M4 but some how I cant make the M4 work eventhoe it has the same .Cpp as the M4A1 it just have Burst and other names.

Well, the pic that's posted a couple of messages above look like plain jane M4's, correct?

Those actually look like GAU-5/A's: no shell deflector and the upper receiver looks like it's got a fixed carrying handle, only with knobs. :)

The RIS needs to have the vent holes in between the top rail and the rail panels.

The stepping on the barrel also looks a bit weird.

Where's the forward sling pin on the rifle? Should be either on the side or under the front post. :P

Nice work, otherwise.

I am not sure what you mean by pure jane M4

It has a shell defelctor and what are thos vent holes you are toking abought

it dosent just look like it has a fixt carryhandel and as you will see in my future addons it has a complet flattop you can also see it if you download it and put in o2
by the way there is a link on the past site i thik to my hompage.
maby later i will make a sling pin.

STGN,

http://www.lightfighter.com/item.jhtml?PRID=1120045

There's a good pic for you. See the holes? That's for ventilation, to help dissipate the heat produced from the barrel.

Hope this helps.

I just downloaded the SPR for testing.  I'll try it out and get back to you on Friday.

FYI SPR is Special Purpose Rifle, not 'Receiver'.
