Placing My Own Music Into Game

Dear Expert,

I have already converted the music I want to ogg.  I have them saved in a music folder in the mission in question.  How on God's green earth do I get it to play at certain trigger points, or however I would get it to play different song's during a CTF map that I created.  I've read and read about music and voice but can't find anywhere "how to."  PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

PS, As simple as possible as I am a newbie.
