Dynamic Cycle
« on: 10 Mar 2007, 15:49:50 »
Hi, I've done all the searches and all, but I see that some of the resources are not back up yet. This is a FAQ so bear with me ;)

In my mission I have a helicopter flying around a town as a diversion for the SF guy to plant bombs near some crewed tanks in daylight. Basically, I want the helicopter to "patrol" around the town until the tanks are destroyed, and then for it to land on the beach nearby. I know there's a way (I did it in OFP ages ago) but I can't remember it. Also, is it possible to make the helicopter stop the cycle and go to the beach before it reaches the cycle waypoint or will my SF man have to wait for the chopper to complete the cycle it's on before it lands on the beach?

If possible can I do this without a script, please.

Thanks a lot.
Can you HELP?

Use a SWITCH  trigger with a condition and syncronise it with your CYCLE waypoint.
You can find SWITCH in the type menu of a trigger.

Search or search or search before you ask.
