Removing all cargo from crates, including default items: Possible?

I would like to place an ammo crate in the game with absolutely nothing in it at all. No grenades, no m16 clips. No nothing. Since removeallweapons only seems to remove weapons that are mounted/usable by the unit itself. I was wondering if there was an init command that removes cargo from crates and vehicles.
