dead but not atleast in anim

 hey all,
      i have a weird problem , i am constructing a destructable mod and at present i am very early beta car testing.
 i have this problem that althoi am dead when my car is smashed , the anims shows me stood with gun at ready.
 i was wondering if this was a known problem, or if anyone had a solution.
  i guess inf o needed to be given is
  car has hit event handler = run desroy script =  bits placed in sequence at location car deleted person in cars velocity kills person.
 anyway here is a video description.
  its no biggy but before i go on to make better car death anim i.e better pieces, would lik to solve this first if possible.

Seeing the destroy script might help..

But, as far as I know, OFP 'ejects' the crew automatically when a vehicle is deleted so maybe that causes the issue..
You could play around with ejecting the driver upon impact, but as I don't know how you have scripted this I don't know if that is possible to do..

 ah ,i didnt know it ejected in a script thru engine, infact i never thought of that moment at all :(. i have fixed now just added a couple off bullets at the impact point and now he dies properly :).

Couldnt you just kill everyone in the car before its deletion?
